What are the items made from?
All of our items are made from PLA or PLA+ filament — a durable, plant-based plastic that's great for detailed prints. It holds up well for display and everyday handling, and it's one of the most widely used materials in 3D printing.
Are the prints handmade?
Yes! Every item in our shop is printed, inspected, and packed by hand — one at a time. We don't use injection molds or mass production. Each piece is made to order or in small batches, which means it gets real attention before it ships to you.
Are small layer lines normal?
Absolutely. Layer lines are a natural part of the 3D printing process — they're what makes each piece unique. We do our best to minimize them through print settings and finishing, but slight texture is normal and expected. It's part of what makes handmade 3D prints special, not a defect.
Are colors always exactly the same?
Colors may vary slightly between batches. Because we print in small runs and filament can shift slightly between spools, there may be minor differences in shade or finish. We do our best to keep things consistent, but slight variation is a natural part of small-batch production.
Are these toys or collectibles?
Our items are designed as collectibles and display pieces for teens and adults. They are not intended as toys for young children. Some pieces have small parts or fine details that are not suitable for children under 12.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. During high-demand periods or new drop launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
What is a monthly mystery box?
Our monthly mystery boxes are themed collections of 3D printed collectibles, released in limited quantities each month. Each box contains a curated set of items around a specific theme — like ocean creatures, dragons, or seasonal designs. The exact contents are a surprise, but every box is packed with care and value. Once a box sells out, it's gone for good.
Can I request custom colors?
At this time, we don't offer custom color requests on standard orders. Our items are printed in the colors shown in the listing. We may offer limited customization options in the future — join our email list to be the first to know!
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund. We stand behind every item we ship.
