Shipping policy
Thank you for your order! Here's what to expect when it comes to shipping.
Processing Time
Because many of our products are 3D printed to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Some items may ship sooner if they are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside our direct control. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Emberwing Prints is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at chad@emberwingprints.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- For damaged packages, please include photos
We will do our best to help resolve the situation, though we cannot guarantee outcomes once a package is in the carrier's possession.
