Refund policy

At Emberwing Prints, we take pride in every item we create. Because many of our products are made-to-order, limited-run collectibles, mystery box items, or customized 3D printed pieces, please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chad@emberwingprints.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. The following are non-returnable:
- Made-to-order and customized 3D printed items
- Mystery box items (contents are intentionally a surprise)
- Limited-run or seasonal collectibles
- Digital downloads (wallpapers, backgrounds, or other digital bonuses) — these are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded

Condition of Returned Items
If a return is approved and we request the item back, it must be unused and in its original condition.

What We Are Not Responsible For
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage from misuse, heat exposure, rough handling, or dropping. Please note that visible layer lines, minor surface variations, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
