By visiting or purchasing from Emberwing Prints (emberwingprints.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About Our Products
Emberwing Prints sells 3D printed collectibles, decorative figures, keychains, magnets, mystery boxes, and related items. Our products are decorative collectibles unless specifically stated otherwise. Many items may contain small parts or articulated pieces and are not intended for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended when products are handled by children.

Product Appearance
Product photos are as accurate as possible, but please be aware:
- Finished items may vary slightly from photos due to filament color batches, lighting, monitor settings, and the nature of 3D printing
- 3D printed products may have visible layer lines, minor surface variations, or slight color differences — these are normal characteristics of the process, not defects
- Mystery box contents are intentionally not shown in advance

Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them. You will be notified if this occurs.

Order Cancellations
Because many items are made-to-order, cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at chad@emberwingprints.com if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an item is in production.

Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or close limited runs at any time.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our products. Customers may not reproduce, copy, resell, scan, duplicate, or distribute our product photos, branding, written content, digital files, or any protected third-party designs/files associated with our products.

Limitation of Liability
Emberwing Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
