We put a lot of care into every item we make and ship. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with Emberwing Prints.
Shipping
Processing Time
Because many of our items are printed and packed in small batches, processing times can vary. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods — like new drop launches or mystery box releases — processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume and your area.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see your tracking email, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Returns & Exchanges
General Policy
Because our items are made in small batches and many are limited releases, we are not always able to accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
We'll review your request and work with you on a resolution — whether that's a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all details before placing a custom order.
Mystery Boxes
Due to the nature of mystery box products, we are unable to accept returns based on item preference or box contents. Each box is curated with care and packed to deliver real value.
